Moscow has launched a prepare carriage on town metro system that’s devoted to discovering new house owners for stray cats and canine.
Referred to as the ‘Tails and Paws’ prepare, it has posters on board that includes dozens of animals from 13 Moscow shelters asking passengers to provide them a brand new house.
