There are notable variations between the OJ and Chauvin trials, in fact. For a begin, the cameras can not zoom in or out on anybody within the courtroom. They cannot present Mr Floyd’s household, or any of the witnesses with out their permission, both. These restrictions will average the soap-opera instincts of Courtroom TV, taking the emotional edge off its protection.
